This card was created for a sketch and a color combo. The sketch is for Stamping 411 #166 here and the color combo is for the Splitcoast color combo #286 here. The three colors are Baha Breeze, Melon Mambo and More Mustard.
So I started with a base of Baha Breeze and added some DSP from Elegant Soiree. There is also Melon Mambo DSP from the Patterns DSP Brights stack. Part of the Baha Breeze under the Melon Mambo was run thru the Scallop edge border punch. I used my Coluzzle to cut out the ovals. I stamped the flowers from Vintage Vogue in Baha, Mambo and Mustard, cutting out the two smaller ones, adding a silver brad and popping them up with Stampin dimensionals. I added a Circle Fire Rhinestone brad to the center of the Baha flower. "Just for you" from Teeny Tiny Wishes was stamped in Baha on Very Vanilla and punched with the Word Window punch.
Here's my recipe:

Papers: Very Vanilla, Baha Breeze, Melon Mambo, More Mustard, Elegant Soiree DSP, Patterns DSP Brights Stack

I stamped the flower/leaf images from Apple Blossoms three times, using the Stamp-a-ma-jig, in Peach Parfait, Chocolate Chip and then Regal Rose. The sentiment was stamped in Peach Parfait.

Two Challenges in One Card
I LOVE this week's sketch at MojoMonday here.
And I thought I'd pair it with the Color Combination over at Splitcoast here. It calls for Pacific Point, Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive.
I began with a base of Pacific Point and added the striped Pacific Point paper from the Patterns DSP Brights stack. I stamped the animals from Fox and Friends in those three colors, punched them out with the Large 1 1/4 inch square punch and layered them onto coordinating card stock punched with the XL 1 3/8 inch square punch. I used Stampin write markers to color in the sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes, punched it with the Word Window punch and layered on a piece of Pacific Point punched with the Modern Label punch. There's a strip of 5/8 inch Old Olive grosgrain with an Old Olive Designer button threaded with a sliver of Pacific Point card stock. Finally, three Old Olive brads finish it off.
Here's my recipe:

PPA#55 Color Challenge Cupcakes
This bright card was created for the PPA#55 Color Challenge here.
We were to use Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo and Tempting Turquoise.
I started by running Melon Mambo card stock thru the Big Shot with the Perfect Polka-dot textured impressions embossing folder. Another Elegant Soiree Card
Since I had the Elegant Soiree DSP out, I made this simple, yet cute birthday card.
The base is Soft Suede then some Crumb Cake then three different patterns from Elegant Soiree DSP. Happy Birthday from Perfect Punches was stamped in Soft Suede, punched with the 2 by 1 3/8 inch XL Oval punch and trimmed down. A Soft Suede piece was punched with that same Oval punch. The tiny flower from Pretty Petals was stamped with Baha Breeze on Baha Breeze card stock then punched with the Itty Bitty Shapes punches pack. A gold brad was added to the center of the flower. That entire piece was popped up with Stampin dimensionals. Finally, a piece of 3/8 inch Marina Mist taffeta ribbon was added to the bottom.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: Perfect Punches and Printed Petals
Papers: Very Vanilla, Crumb Cake, Soft Suede, Elegant Soiree DSP
Inks: Baha Breeze and Soft Suede
Accessories: Itty Bitty Shapes Punches pack, 2 by 1 3/8 inch XL Oval punch, Stampin dimensionals, gold brad, 3/8 inch Marina Mist taffeta ribbon

MOJO #151 Elegant Soiree Birthday
I'm back after two fun-filled exhausting days with my three nephews! I forgot how much energy three boys, ages 7, 5 and 18 months have. With my three kids, the three cousins and my sister we had fun. But I was definitely itching to tear open my Holiday Mini pre-order. I'll get to the holiday cards eventually, but I had to make one with these beautiful papers from Elegant Soiree DSP.
So I used the MOJO Monday sketch #151 here.
The base of this card is Soft Suede with a piece of Basic Gray layered on that. As I said, the papers are from the Elegant Soiree DSP. I stamped the Eiffel Tower from Artistic Etchings in Basic Gray and Birthday Wishes from Occasional Quotes in Baha Breeze. I ran a little piece of Soft Suede thru the Scallop Edge border punch and clipped the end of the other Soft Suede piece for the "banner look". Finally, a retired Baha Breeze button, with a sliver of Crumb Cake as the thread, finishes it off.
Here's my recipe:

Papers: Very Vanilla, Baha Breeze, Crumb Cake, Basic Gray, Soft Suede, Elegant Soiree DSP

Merci was also stamped in Basic Black then I punched that out with the 1 3/8 by 5/8 Oval punch and popped it up with Stampin dimensionals. I used my Oval Coluzzle cutter to add the Basic Black oval piece. Finally, a bit of 1/4 inch Basic Black grosgrain finishes it off!

PPA#54 Masculine Congrats
This is my try for the PPA#54-A Masculine KISS-here.
The Travel Journal DSP immediately comes to mind when thinking of masculine cards, so I used a strip of that on the card stock base of Night of Navy. I took a small strip of Bashful Blue and poked some holes with the paper piercing tool and the mat pack.
I used the XL Star punch and the (retired) small star punch to punch out the stars. The 3/4 inch circle punch was used for the circle and popped up with a Stampin dimensional. Finally, I stamped congratulations from Perfect Punches in Night of Navy and punched that out with the Modern Label punch.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: Perfect Punches
Papers: Whisper White, Bashful Blue, Night of Navy, Travel Journal DSP

Splitcoast Sketch #292 Apple Blossoms
Here's my take on the funky Splitcoast Sketch #292 here.
I started with a base of River Rock and used all four patterns of Real Red from the Patterns DSP Brights Stack. I stamped the circles from Apple Blossoms in River Rock on Whisper White. I then stamped the apple from that set in Real Red and colored the stem with the Old Olive Stampin write marker. I cut that out and then popped that up with Stampin dimensionals. It took more time to figure out the odd shaped papers than anything else!

Papers: Whisper White, River Rock, Patterns DSP Brights Stack
Inks: River Rock, Real Red, Old Olive Stampin write marker

Another Party Hearty Card
Since I had my Party Hearty set sitting on my desk, and I saw this cute card by Sarah Jane Kale I thought I'd make my own version.
I started with a base of Pear Pizzazz and added some Greenhouse Gala DSP. All the stamps are from Party Hearty and I colored them with Baha Breeze, Chocolate Chip, Pear Pizzazz and Pumpkin Pie Stampin Write markers. Whisper White was punched with the 1 3/8 inch square punch and layered onto a piece of Chocolate Chip. The party hats were colored with the markers, cut out and turned upside down to look like a pennant. A teeny tiny strip of Chocolate Chip was adhered to look like string. Happy Birthday from Teeny Tiny Wishes was stamped in Chocolate Chip and punched out with the Word Window punch. Finally, I added a piece of 1/2 inch Pear Pizzazz stitched-poly.

A piece of 1/4 inch Night of Navy grosgrain and two silver brads finish it off.
