Clean & Simple Congrats

I used the Clean & Simple FTL#194 here for this Congratulation card. I also used two new stamp sets: Quint-Essential Flower and Itty Bitty Banners with the coordinating Bitty Banners Framelits. And some more of the too-cute Polka Dot Parade DSP.
