Birthday Card for a PPA Challenge

More birthday cards! This one is for the PPA#216 here. Perfect Pennants is the stamp set with some Confetti Celebration DSP.

Here's my recipe:
Stamps: Perfect Pennants
Papers: WW, Crushed Curry, Tangelo Twist, Confetti Celebration DSP
Inks: Crushed Curry, Basic Gray, Tangelo Twist
Accessories: Banners Framelits, 3/8 inch Tangelo Twist stitched satin ribbon, Stampin dimensionals
