Valentine Card for an Inspire Create Challenge

This Valentine card is for the Inspire. Create. Challenge#036 here.

It's a Theme challenge: Sale-a-bration!.

I decided to use the Hello Cupcake stamp set from Sale-a-bration and make this into a Valentine card.
