Here's a thank you card for two challenges.
First, I've used the sketch at CAS Colours & Sketches#441 here.
And then the colors are for The Paper Players#562 here. The colors to use are Pumpkin Pie, Pale Papaya, Early Espresso + one other color and I went with Crushed Curry.
Time of Giving is the stamp set with it's coordinating Giving Gifts dies. There's also a bit of the In Good Taste DSP.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: Time of Giving
Papers: Basic White, Early Espresso, Pumpkin Pie, Pale Papaya, Crushed Curry, In Good Taste DSP
Inks: Early Espresso
Accessories: Giving Gifts dies, Seasonal Swirls dies, Linen Thread, Playing with Patterns Resin dots, Stampin dimensionals
I love that woodgrain DSP in your background! It's so perfectly rustic to go along with your fall leaves in our challenge colors. Your card makes me want to take a drive in the country and look at fall color against old barns!! Thanks for sharing at The Paper Players!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty,Jennie! I love how the leaves and pumpkin look against the papers you have selected. And speaking of paper, the barn wood is so realistic and gives the illusion of so much texture. I am glad you shared at The Paper Players this week!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful fall card, Jennie! Love how you added Crushed Curry to the color combo, too. Thank you so much for joining us this week over at The Paper Players!
ReplyDeleteThis colorful card is perfect for the season. The "wood" background is so real and a great background for the beautiful combo of colors.
ReplyDeleteWhat a delightful fall card, thanks for playing along with us at CC&S.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great interpretation of the sketch - so very Fall, so rustic, I love the color challenge you combined the sketch with. I am so ready for a fire in fireplace and some hot apple cider. Beautiful! Thanks for joining us this week at CC&S
