Autumn Leaves Grateful Heart Card

Here's a fall thank you for two challenges. 

First, I've used the sketch at the Paper Craft Crew#540 here.

Then the colors and fall leaves were inspired by the Just Us Girls#702 here. I thought of the All About Autumn Specialty DSP right away!
