Beautiful Balloons Birthday

Here's another birthday card for two challenges.

First, I've used the sketch at Sunday Stamps#320 here.

Then the colors for the Global Design Project#417 here. The colors to use are Pretty Peacock, Lost Lagoon and Petal Pink. I thought of the Delightfully Eclectic DSP.

Beautiful Balloons is the stamp set.
