Subtly Polka Dot Birthday Card

This subtly soft birthday card is for two challenges.

First, I've used the sketch at Tuesday Morning Sketches#739 here. I love anything with polka dots, they just make me happy, so I had to play with this one!

Then the colors are for the Splitcoast Color Combination#982 here. The colors to use are Pool Party, Soft Sea Foam and Bubble Bath.

Biggest Wish is the stamp set with some Lighter Than Air DSP and some Subltes DSP.
