This Valentine is for three challenges.
First, I've used the sketch at Try a Sketch on Tuesday#662 here.
Second, the colors are for the SUO Challenge#368 here. I was inspired by all the red plaids and blues with a bit of the neutrals in the wood.
Finally, it's for the TGIF Challenge#509 here. It's an inspiration challenge and I was inspired by the lattes, thinking of the More Than Autumn stamp set.
There's some Timeless Plaid DSP.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: More Than Autumn
Papers: White, Cherry Cobbler, Pecan Pie, Timeless Plaid DSP
Inks: Black, Cherry Cobbler, Pecan Pie, Pool Party
Accessories: Cherry Cobbler & Pearl Adhesive-Backed Berries, Stylish Shapes dies, More Than Autumn Dies, Blending Brushes, Linked Together Decorative Masks, Stampin dimensionals
Great card!! It's fun to hear what each person pics out from an inspiration picture! Love yours!
ReplyDeleteThis is fantastic. I love how you incorporated the plaids! Thank you for joining us, as always, at SUO Challenges and we always look forward to your beautiful entries!
ReplyDeleteJennie, what a great card! I especially like the two pattern papers you chose for your background... it's almost like an optical illusion. I first thought the plaid was translucent, with a different pattern behind it :-) Thank you for sharing your card and talents with us at TSOT!!! -Donna
ReplyDeleteCute images and sentiment! Thanks for sharing with us at TSOT :)
ReplyDeleteGreat card for a coffee/latte lover. I really like the stenciling you did on the smaller circles to match the light green of the latte cup. Thanks for joining us at Try A Sketch On Tuesday.

ReplyDeleteReally cute, Jennie! And this card would work equally well for a guy as for a girl :) Love how you incorporated elements from the inspo pic, I keep forgetting about all those lovely plaid patterns. Thanks for playing along with us at SUO Challenges!
