Another Card for a Sketch and Color Challenge

I'm making up for lost stamping time. I need to make birthday cards for Home & School so here's another one.
This card uses the Stamping 411 Sketch#267 here, along with the Splitcoast Color Combination#386 here.
I used the Create a Cupcake stamp set with some Twitterpated DSP.

Inks: Summer Starfruit, Baha Breeze, Primrose Petals
Accessories: 2 3/8 inch Scallop Circle punch, 1 3/4 inch Circle punch, Cupcake Builder punch, White Gel pen, Stampin' dimensionals, 3/8 inch Primrose Petals Stitched Satin ribbon
