Sale-a-bration Sneak Peek

Since I've sent out all my Christmas cards, I had to play with my Sale-a-bration pre-order. This is just one of the cute patterns from the Sycamore Street DSP. Then you also see a Tangerine Tango button and 1/4 inch Satin ribbon. They're from the Sycamore Street Ribbon & Button Pack. Also I used the Petite Curly Label punch. And you can earn each of these free with every $50 spent from January 22 thru March 22, 2013!

I also used the Ciao! Baby, Perfect Punches and Itty Bitty Banners stamp sets. And the layout is from the Clean & Simple Stamping FTL#221 here.

Christmas Joy for a Stamping 411 Sketch

This Christmas card was made using the Stamping 411 Sketch#220 here. 
The base is Real Red card stock then I added some Chocolate Chip and papers from the Holly Berry Bouquet Specialty DSP. I stamped the image from Perfect Punches twice, once in Chocolate Chip and then again in Real Red. I punched out the Chocolate Chip one with the 1 3/4 inch Scallop Circle punch, and punched out the red part with the 1 3/8 inch Circle punch, popping it up with Stampin' dimensionals. I added four Real Red brads to the corners of the panel. Finally, some 1/4 inch Real Red grosgrain finishes it off.

Party This Way for Two Challenges

I made this birthday card for my nephew using the Stamping 411 Sketch#213 here, and the Splitcoast Color Challenge#333 here. The colors to use are Island Indigo, Tangerine Tango and Daffodil Delight.
I started with a base of Island Indigo card stock, added some Tangerine Tango and then some Patterns DSP Bright Stack paper. I ran a piece of Daffodil Delight thru the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch. I stamped the balloon and candle images from Party This Way in Island Indigo, Tangerine Tango and Daffodil Delight. I colored in the label from Perfect Punches with my Island Indigo Stampin' Write marker, omitting the "my friend".  I trimmed that down and added an Indigo piece with the Curly Label punch. I popped up that with Stampin' dimensionals. I stamped the candle again in Daffodil, cut it out and popped it up with Stampin' dimensionals. I stamped Party this Way in Tangerine Tango, cut that out too and popped it up with Stampin' dimensionals. Finally, I stamped Happy Birthday in Island Indigo.

Clean & Simple Congrats

I made this graduation card with the Clean and Simple Stamping FTL#144 here. It's for a high school graduate who is heading to the University of Wisconsin-Madison and their colors are red and white.
The base is Real Red and I added some Celebrations DSP. I ran the edge of the DSP thru the Scallop Edge Border punch. I stamped congratulations from Perfect Punches in Real Red and punched it out with the Modern Label punch. I stamped the flowers from Printed Petals in Real Red and punched them out with the Itty Bitty Shapes Punches pack. I popped the sentiment and flowers all up with Stampin' dimensionals.

A Mojo Sketch and Splitcoast Color Challenge

This card was made for the MojoMonday sketch#173 here and the Splitcoast Color Challenge#305 here.
The colors are Cherry Cobbler, Pretty in Pink and Melon Mambo.
I started with a base of Melon Mambo and added some DSP from the Patterns Brights Stack. Pretty in Pink card stock was layered with some DSP from the Love Patterns DSP. I used the heart stamp from the SAB set, So Happy For You, and stamped it three times in Pretty in Pink, Melon Mambo and Cherry Cobbler. I punched them all out with the 3/4 inch Circle punch and popped them up with Stampin dimensionals. Happy Birthday from Perfect Punches was stamped in Cherry Cobbler and trimmed down. A Pretty in Pink piece was punched with the XL 2 by 1 3/8 inch Oval punch. That was layered onto a Cherry Cobbler piece cut with the Coluzzle Oval cutter and popped up with Stampin dimensionals. Two Pretty in Pink brads were added to the corner. Finally, some 5/8 inch Pretty in Pink Satin ribbon finishes it off.

Mojo#170 Happy Birthday

This birthday card was made with the MojoMonday sketch#170 here.
The base is Baha Breeze and I added some Pear Pizzazz. I used some papers from Greenhouse Gala DSP and the striped paper is from the DSP Pack In-Color. The Chocolate Chip scallop piece is was cut with the Scallop Circles #2 Bigz Die and the Baha Breeze circle was cut with the Circles#2 die.The DSP circle was punched with the 1 3/4 inch XL Circle punch. I stamped the sentiment from Perfect Punches in Pear Pizzazz on Whisper White and punched it out with the 2 by 1 3/8 inch XL Oval punch. I trimmed that down and layered it onto a Pear Pizzazz piece punched with the same oval punch. I popped those ovals up with Stampin dimensionals.Finally, some 1/2 inch Pear Pizzazz stitched-poly ribbon finishes it off.

Petal Pizzazz with Love Letter DSP

I made this one after seeing a sample in a Stampin' Success Magazine. If I remember correctly, the sample was smaller but I just added my own flair for a regular A2 size card.
I started with a Crumb Cake base and used some DSP from the Love Letter DSP. I matted that with Basic Black. I stamped the flowers from Petal Pizzazz in Daffodil Delight and Basic Black. I used the Dot Dot Dot stamp and Basic Black to add the dots to one of the flowers. The last little one was popped up with a Stampin dimensional. The black circle was cut out with the Circles #2 Bigz Die. I stamped the thanks from Perfect Punches in Daffodil Delight and punched it out with the 1 3/4 by 7/8 inch oval punch and layered it onto a Basic Black piece punched with the Scallop oval punch. Finally, a piece of 3/8 inch Daffodil Delight taffeta finishes it off.

Stamping 411 #176 Happy Friend

This is a really happy card, if I do say so myself! I made it for Stamping 411 #176 here.
I started with a base of Poppy Parade card stock and added some Poppy DSP from the DSP Pack In-Color. On Whisper White, I stamped the stems in Wild Wasabi and the long flower in Poppy Parade. I stamped and cut out the round flowers in Daffodil Delight and Marina Mist. I popped them all up with Stampin dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment from Apple Blossoms in Marina Mist. I then colored half of the friend stamp from Perfect Punches with my Poppy Parade Stampin write marker, punched it with the Curly Label punch and trimmed it down a little bit. I then layered that onto a Poppy Parade piece punched with the Curly Label punch. Finally, a piece of 1/2 inch Poppy Parade stitched-poly ribbon finishes it off.

PPA#58 Elegant Black Thanks

Here's my try at the PPA#58-Pretty in Pearls challenge here.
I don't have any of the Basic Pearls so I improvised by putting Crystal Effects on the ends of silver brads and dipping them in Dazzling Diamonds glitter.
I started with a base Very Vanilla. I took a piece of Basic Black and ran it thru the Big Shot with the Elegant Lines textured impressions embossing folder. I punched out some of the Love Letter DSP with the Scallop Oval punch. I stamped the "thanks" image from Perfect Punches in Basic Black and cut out the thanks. I layered that on a Basic Black oval punched with the 1 3/8 by 5/8 inch oval punch and  popped it up with Stampin dimensionals. I added the brads inside the circles. Finally, a piece of 1/8 inch Very Vanilla taffeta ribbon finishes it off.

Stamping 411 #165 Always

This is my take on the Stamping 411 sketch #165 here.
My Elegant Lines textured impressions embossing folder FINALLY arrived today so I had to play!
I started with a card stock base of Soft Suede. I ran a piece of Baha Breeze thru the Big Shot with the Elegant Lines folder. I also used the Big Shot Scallop Circle #2 die to cut the Soft Suede scalloped circle. I used my Coluzzle to cut a piece of the Soft Suede Elegant Soiree DSP. I stamped the bird and some circles from Always in Baha Breeze on Very Vanilla. The sentiment was stamped in Soft Suede on the top of the "my friend" stamp from Perfect Punches. I used the Curly Label punch to punch that, trimmed it and added a Soft Suede piece punched with the Curly Label punch. A piece of retired Soft Suede polka-dot grosgrain and a retired Baha Breeze button finish it off.

Stamping 411 Sketch#164 Perfect Punches Thanks

This thank you card is for Stamping 411 #164 here.
I started with a Riding Hood Red card stock base and added Love Letter DSP. The edge of the Riding Hood Red card stock was run thru the Scallop Edge border punch. I stamped the image in Riding Hood Red and punched it out with the Scallop Oval punch. A Riding Hood Red piece punched with the 2 by 1 3/8 inch XL Oval punch is behind that and popped up with Stampin dimensionals. I also punched a piece of the DSP with one of the Itty Bitty Shapes punches. Finally, a piece of 5/8 inch Very Vanilla grosgrain finishes it off.

Another Elegant Soiree Card

Since I had the Elegant Soiree DSP out, I made this simple, yet cute birthday card.
The base is Soft Suede then some Crumb Cake then three different patterns from Elegant Soiree DSP. Happy Birthday from Perfect Punches was stamped in Soft Suede, punched with the 2 by 1 3/8 inch XL Oval punch and trimmed down. A Soft Suede piece was punched with that same Oval punch. The tiny flower from Pretty Petals was stamped with Baha Breeze on Baha Breeze card stock then punched with the Itty Bitty Shapes punches pack. A gold brad was added to the center of the flower. That entire piece was popped up with Stampin dimensionals. Finally, a piece of 3/8 inch Marina Mist taffeta ribbon was added to the bottom.

PPA#54 Masculine Congrats

This is my try for the PPA#54-A Masculine KISS-here.
The Travel Journal DSP immediately comes to mind when thinking of masculine cards, so I used a strip of that on the card stock base of Night of Navy. I took a small strip of Bashful Blue and poked some holes with the paper piercing tool and the mat pack.
I used the XL Star punch and the (retired) small star punch to punch out the stars. The 3/4 inch circle punch was used for the circle and popped up with a Stampin dimensional. Finally, I stamped congratulations from Perfect Punches in Night of Navy and punched that out with the Modern Label punch.

Stamping 411 #160 Printed Petals Thank You

Now that our computer is back and cleaned of it's virus I can post my creations. This one was done for Stamping 411 #160 here.
I started with a base of Daffodil Delight and added some of the same color from the Patterns DSP Brights stack. The Rich Razzleberry polka-dotted paper is also from that stack.
I stamped the flowers from Printed Petals in Rich Razzleberry, Peach Parfait, Daffodil Delight and Old Olive. I punched out the little ones with the Itty Bitty Shapes punch pack. I stamped the tab from Perfect Punches in Peach Parfait, added the "thank you" from Teeny Tiny Wishes in Old Olive then punched all that with the XL Round tab punch. The strip of Whisper White was run thru the Scallop Edge border punch. A gold brad was added to the center of the Old Olive flower. Finally, a piece of 1/2 inch Peach Parfait stitched-poly ribbon finishes it off.

Bright Greenhouse Gala with Perfect Punches

Here's a card using the DSP from Greenhouse Gala and a new stamp set, Perfect Punches. Every stamp in this set coordinates with one of the Stampin' UP punches.
I started with a card stock base of Pumpkin Pie and layered on three of the different designs from Greenhouse Gala DSP. The strip of Real Red card stock was run thru the Scallop Edge border punch and I added some dots with the white gel pen. The "thanks" stamp from Perfect Punches was inked up in Pumpkin Pie then punched out with the XL Scallop Oval punch. I then layered a piece of Pear Pizzazz that was punched with the XL 2 by 1 3/8 Oval punch. Finally, a piece of 1/4 inch Pumpkin Pie grosgrain finishes it off.
