Congratulations Card with Retiring Products

This bright card uses the Freshly Made Sketch#233 here. It also uses all retiring products, except the card stock. The stamp set, DSP, twine and all punches except the 2 inch Circle punch will retire.
Tag Time is the stamp set with some It's My Party DSP Stack.
