First, I've used the sketch at the Hand Stamped Sentiments#356 here.
And then the colors are for The Spot#148 here. It's a color challenge to use Night of Navy, Petal Pink and Soft Sea Foam. I immediately thought of the Paper Blooms DSP! The big circle is actually cut out of one of the patterns.
In Bloom is the stamp set with it's coordinating Pierced Blooms dies.
