Oh, Ale Yes Card

It's time to play at The Paper Players#596 here.

It's Jaydee's challenge this week to create a Clean and Simple one-layer card.

Now this one is quite a challenge for me because I do like to use layers but that's why these are called "challenges", right?

I've used the Brewed for You stamp set and the masking technique. I masked off the center and used some Crumb Cake ink and Blending Brushes to create the frame. Then I also masked off the center pint of Guiness beer and colored in the others.

This is also for the Tic Tac Toe Challenge#166 here. I went across the bottom row with brown, twine and beer or drink.

Here's my recipe:

Stamps: Brewed for You

Papers: White

Inks: Crumb Cake, Early Espresso and So Saffron

Accessories: Blending Brushes and Linen Thread

You did an awesome job with your masking, sponging and coloring! This card has lots of depth and dimension and is pretty darn great! Super way to use the Tic Tac Toe grid too! Thanks for playing!

I agree, one layer is hard, but your masking added just the right interest! It's always great to have a few extra masculine cards, and this is a fun one!
