Here's a cute little birthday card for two challenges.
First, it's for Just Add Ink#675 here. It's a technique challenge to use the spotlight technique.
Then it's for Seize the Birthday#271 here. The topping is to use the colors hot pink and lime green. I went with Melon Mambo and Lemon Lime Twist.
Circle Sayings is the stamp set with some Glorious Gingham DSP.
