Bright Happy Birthday

 

Here's a bright birthday card for two challenges.

First, I've used the sketch at the CAS Colours & Sketches#577 here.

Then it's for Seize the Birthday#319 here. The topping is a rainbow of colors and I thought that would be perfect with this sketch and some scraps of card stock!
