Graduation Card for a Create With Connie & Mary Challenge

Yes, it's another graduation card. Still have more to make too! This one uses the Create With Connie and Mary Sketch#309 here. Blue Ribbon is the stamp set with some Brights DSP Stack.

Here's my recipe:
Stamps: Blue Ribbon
Papers: WW, Daffodil Delight, Brights DSP Stack
Inks: Daffodil Delight
Accessories: Scallop Edge Border punch, Artesian punch, 1 1/4 inch and 1 3/8 inch Circle punches, Banner Framelits, Stampin' dimensionals
