PPA4-Anything But a Card

I had to play at PPA today! It's anything but a card and I immediately thought of this mini pizza box. Here's a link to Jen del Muro's instructions-warning, they're addictive! I made this one for a present for my daughter's friend. The box nicely fits a gift card, in this case an itunes card. I used Crushed Curry and a Ruby Red piece from The Write Stuff Specialty Designer Papers. I put the edges of the top of the box thru the Scallop Edge punch before I put the box together. The stamps from Think Happy Thoughts fit exactly in the 1 1/4 in circle punch. A little layering, a brad, some white gel pen dots and you're done. And the polka-dot grosgrain ribbon keeps the box tightly closed and adds just the right finishing touch. Here's my recipe:
Stamps: Think Happy Thoughts, Just Jawing
Papers: Whisper White, Crushed Curry, Ruby Red, The Write Stuff Specialty Designer Papers
Inks: Crushed Curry, Ruby Red
Accessories: Scallop edge punch, scallop circle punch, 1 3/8 inch circle punch, 1 1/4 inch circle punch, Earth Elements brads, Designer Hodgepodge Hardware ribbon slide, Crushed Curry polka-dot grosgrain ribbon, Stampin' dimensionals
