First, the sketch is for SUO Challenge#221 here.
And then the colors are for the Paper Craft Crew#334 here.
The colors to use are Lemon Lime Twist, Poppy Parade and Coastal Cabana plus a mystery color. I chose Daffodil Delight for my color, just adding a little bit with the confetti stamp.
Picture Perfect Birthday (going to retire) is the stamp set.
And even thought it's hard to see, I ran the WW card stock thru the Subtle embossing folder.
