PPA#25 Red Hot Chocolate

I made this card for the PPA#25 Inspiration Challenge here. When I saw the yummy chocolate I thought of Chocolate Chip paper and dipping things in chocolate. So I used the cherries and strawberry from Tart and Tangy. The "i heart u" image is from A Happy Heart.

I colored the images with Old Olive and Real Red then stamped them on Whisper White. I then inked up the stamps with Chocolate Chip Craft ink and stamped over the original images with the Stamp-a-ma-jig. Then they were embossed with some Clear embossing powder. Finally they were punched out with the 1 1/4 inch square punch and layered on Real Red pieces punched with the 1 3/8 inch square punch. I used the Textured Impressions Perfect Polka Dots folder for the card base. More polka dots come from the piece of Chocolate Chip dsp from the Sweet Pea stack. Scalloped pieces of Real Red and some Red gingham ribbon finish off this delicious card.

Here's my recipe:

Stamps: Tart and Tangy, A Happy Heart

Papers: Whisper White, Chocolate Chip, Real Red, Sweet Pea DSP stack

Inks: Old Olive and Real Red Stampin' write markers, Chocolate Chip Craft ink

Accessories: white gel pen, Red gingham ribbon, Scallop edge punch, 1 1/4 inch and 1 3/8 inch square punches, Clear embossing powder, Perfect Polka dots textured impressions embossing folder
