This birthday card is for two challenges.
First, it's for the sketch at Try Stampin on Tuesday#602 here.
I've paired that with the Seize the Birthday#259 here. Their topping is alcohol and I've used Stampin' Blends alcohol markers to create the rainbow piece.
Good Feelings and Party Puffins(retiring) are the stamp sets with some Brights DSP.
