Love You card for a PPA Challenge

I had to take a day off from work to actually get some time to stamp-yippee! I used the PPA Sketch #188 here. And some goodies from the Occasions Catty-Perfect Pennants stamp set and some Fresh Prints DSP Stack. Also used the Itty Bitty Banners stamp set.
