Masculine Card for a Hand Stamped Sentiments Sketch


This card is for the sketch at Hand Stamped Sentiments#320 here.

I saw this sketch and immediately thought of the Come Sail Away DSP!

I paired that with the Itty Bitty Birthdays stamp set and it's a perfect masculine card!!

Two for Tuesday Cheer-ful Card

After a busy weekend I finally got a chance to stamp today!! So I made this card for two challenges.

First, I used the sketch at The Paper Players#452 here.

And then the colors are for the Splitcoast Color Combination#750 here.
The colors to use are Seaside Spray, Pool Party and Highland Heather. And it's a Christmas in July theme so I fit that in too!!

Floating Frame Card for a Paper Craft Crew Challenge

This is my take on the Paper Craft Crew#344-Case the Design Team, here.

It's a challenge to copy and share a designer's card.  I chose to case this card by Jay Soriano.

I've been wanting to try the Floating Fame technique.

I used the Daisy Lane and Colorful Seasons stamp sets along with the Rectangle Stitched dies.

Two for Thursday Rustic Card

This card is for two challenges.

First, it's for the sketch at SUO Challenge#227 here.

And then for the Hand Stamped Sentiments#319 Inspiration Challenge, here.

I was inspired by the shiplap and the wreath. Plus I had a few of these colors out from yesterday's card.

I used the Birch Background stamp with Crumb Cake ink on some WW card stock.
Sweetly Swirled seemed like a good stamp set to create a wreath.

Anniversary Card for the Global Design Project

This is my take on the Global Design Project#197 here.

It's a color challenge to use Terracotta Tile, Seaside Spray and Pear Pizzazz.

I cased a card on page 116 of the catalog.

Abstract Impressions and Well Said are the stamp sets. I also used one of the flowers from the Magnolia Memory dies to cut out the panel in the middle.

The colors to use are Purple Posy, Rococo Rose and Seaside Spray.

The greeting is from the Sweetly Swirled stamp set with some Woven Threads DSP.

It's a bit hard to see, but I ran the WW base thru the Subtle embossing folder for a bit of texture.
