Just Fur You Card for Two Challenges

Since I had the Botanical Butterfly DSP and the Gingham Gala 6 by 6 DSP out I used them again for this card. It just goes to show how versatile and coordinated all these products can be!

Butterfly Card for Two Challenges

This butterfly card is for two challenges.

First, I used the sketch at the Paper Craft Crew#327 here.

And then this fits perfectly for the TGIF Challenge#200-Bunches of Butterflies, here.

I immediately thought of the Botanical Butterfly DSP!

I paired that with a greeting from the Part of My Story stamp set and a bit of the Gingham Gala 6 by 6 DSP.

Smile Card for a Case this Sketch

This card is for the Case this Sketch#310 here.

Eastern Beauty is the stamp set and this sentiment just makes me smile! Who wouldn't enjoy getting this card?

I paired that with some Painted Seasons DSP.

And added some greenery with the Sprig punch.

16th Birthday Card for Two Challenges

I need another birthday card for our nephew Jack's 16th birthday today. Two awesome teens have their birthdays back to back!

And since I had the Broadway Birthday Suite out, I used it again for this card.  I used the sketch at Sunday Stamps#198 here.

This is also for the Just Add Ink#445-Embossing, here.

I kept the card pretty clean and masculine just using the Broadway Bound Specialty DSP and Broadway Birthday stamp set.

I ran the Gray Granite card stock thru the Sparkle embossing folder to add some texture.

Broadway Birthday Suite Card for a Freshly Made Sketch

Today is our nephew Brady's birthday so I made this card for him for the Freshly Made Sketch#376 here.

I'm pretty positive he's not looking at my blog anytime soon so it's safe to share his card! LOL!

I think this makes for a great masculine card and it's pretty easy too!

My card is pretty clean and simple, using two patterns from the Botanical Butterfly DSP. And I kept it black and white, just adding a pop of yellow.

Awesome Card for a Fab Friday Sketch

This awesome card uses the sketch at Fab Friday#157 here.  I just love the brightness and cheerfulness of this card!

I used a bunch of goodies from the Happiness Blooms Suite in the 2019 Occasions Catalog.

First, I ran the WW card stock thru the Dot to Dot textured impressions embossing folder.

The flowers are stamped with the Bloom by Bloom set and the one flower punched out with the Bitty Blooms punch pack. I've also added some Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots.

And the greeting is from the Itty Bitty Birthdays stamp set.

Finishing it off is some 1/2 inch Night of Navy gingham ribbon from the main catty.

Colorful Card for Two Challenges

Another double-duty card-my favorite! I just love when I can combine challenges.

This one is for the Global Design Project#176-Case the Designer, here.


I was inspired by the rainbow colors of this card.

I started by running the Watercolor paper thru the Rectangle Stitched Framelits.  I used some of the Watercolor pencils to color the paper then used the Aqua painter to blend the colors.





 
The second challenge is the TGIF Challenge#199-Sale-a-bration, here.
So this card uses the Part of My Story stamp set and some Daffodil Delight Organdy Ribbon from the Combo pack.

The greeting was then punched out with the Tailored Tag punch.

Birthday Card for Two Challenges

I'm back to stamping after a short getaway to Nashville.
I got to tag along on a business trip and had a blast!
It was our first time to the Music City and it didn't disappoint!! I really want to go back, especially when it's warmer! Grateful we had a few days there!

This birthday card is for two challenges.

First, I used the sketch at the Freshly Made Sketches#375 here.

And second, the colors are for The Paper Players#428 here.
The colors to use are Smoky Slate, Melon Mambo and Basic Gray.

The sketch made me think of the party hat from the Birthday Cheer stamp set so I just started with the hat and added some other elements from that set.

Card for a Freshly Made Sketch

This is my take on the Freshly Made Sketch#374 here.

I saw the circles and thought of the Eastern Beauty stamp set right away!

And the little circles made me think of the Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots.

For the background I used a piece of the Grapefruit Grove Foil Sheets from Sale-a-bration.  It's just fun how it changes depending on the lighting! Which is not good these past few days as it's been raining, sleeting and snowing!

Happy Tails Valentine Cards for a Stamp Ink Paper Challenge

These two Valentine cards are my take on the Stamp Ink Paper#185 here.

It's a CAS Valentine challenge.

These two cards are for my dog loving daughters.

The first card is going to my daughter Abby who loves Golden Retrievers.The second card is for my daughter Megan and I've tried to recreate our dog Charlie.


This card uses the Happy Tails stamp set with it's coordinating Dog Builder punch.

I've also ran the WW card stock thru the Polka Dots Basic embossing folder.

The rectangle was cut from the Rectangle Stitched Framelits.

There's a bit of the Gingham Gala 6 by 6 DSP.

And the greeting is from Thoughtful Banners.

Waterfront Card for a TGIF Challenge

This is my take on the color challenge at TGIF Challenge#197 here.

The colors to use are Berry Burst, Pineapple Punch and Coastal Cabana.

I thought of a beach with a vibrant sunset so I used the Waterfront stamp set.


First, I ran the WW card stock thru the Rectangle Stitched Framelits.

And I added a bit of crumb cake for the sand.

Valentine Card for Two Challenges

Since I stayed inside last week due to the 50 BELOW windchills, I was able to catch up with some challenges.

This card is for two challenges.

First, the Hand Stamped Sentiments#307 here.
It's an inspiration challenge and I was inspired by the cupcakes and the colors.

And second it's for the Paper Craft Crew#324 here.
This is a tic-tac-toe challenge and I went on the diagonal with Floral, Valentines and Something New.

I used the Bloom by Bloom stamp set to create the floral background for this Valentine card. And the Something new is the Detailed Birthday Edgelits. I just trimmed out the cupcake with the heart on top.

I also used the Itty Bitty Greetings stamp set for the greeting.
