Abstract Impressions Card for Two Challenges

This floral card was created with the Abstract Impressions stamp set. It's a retiring set and I'll miss it!

This card is also for two challenges.

First, I've used the sketch at Splitcoast Sketch Challenge#802 here.

And then the colors are for Fab Friday#190 here.
The colors to use are Blushing Bride, Flirty Flamingo, Melon Mambo, Call Me Clover and Pineapple Punch.

I chose some Pineapple Punch for the back ground color as it's also retiring.

I added some Happiness Blooms Enamel dots for the finishing touch.

Two for Tuesday Mother's Day Card

This Mother's Day card is for a sketch and a color challenge.

First, I've used the sketch at Hand Stamped Sentiments#338 here.

And then the colors are for a Facebook Demonstrator Planning Place Stamping Challenge#5 here.

Back to Stamping with a Triple Challenge Card

I'm back to stamping after a girls trip and family visit to Florida. There's nothing like some warmth and sun in Feb/Mar for this Wisconsinite!!!

This thank you is for three challenges.

First, I've used the sketch at the Global Design Project#230 here.

Second, the colors are for TGIF Challenge#254 here.
The colors to use are Black, Lovely Lipstick and Old Olive.

Finally, this is for the Paper Craft Crew#373 here.
It's a tic-tac-toe challenge and I went down the right hand side with Rhinestone element, thank you and feminine.

Thinking of You Card for Two Challenges

This thinking of you card is for two challenges.

First, I've used the sketch at Hand Stamped Sentiments#332 here.

And then it's also for SUO Challenge#242-Things You Love, here.
At first I thought of a Valentine, but I needed a "thinking of you" card and that certainly shows love!!

Peaceful Moments and Abstract Impressions are the stamp sets.  Don't the little flowers from Abstract Impressions mimic the DSP really well???

There's some Best Dressed 6 by 6 DSP and the sentiment frame is from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.

Anniversary Card for the Global Design Project

This is my take on the Global Design Project#197 here.

It's a color challenge to use Terracotta Tile, Seaside Spray and Pear Pizzazz.

I cased a card on page 116 of the catalog.

Abstract Impressions and Well Said are the stamp sets. I also used one of the flowers from the Magnolia Memory dies to cut out the panel in the middle.

Another Thank You for Two Challenges

My week of thank you cards continues.

Since I had the Abstract Impressions stamp set out I used it again for this card.  I've also used a sketch and a color challenge.

First, the sketch is for the Freshly Made Sketches#384 here.

And the colors are for the Splitcoast Color Combination#735 here.
The colors to use are Lovely Lipstick, Very Vanilla and Mint Macaron.

I've added a bit of the Subtles 6 by 6 DSP and the 2018-2020 In Color 6 by 6 DSP.

Easter Card for Three Challenges

I managed to fit in three challenges for this Easter card!

First, the colors are for the Splitcoast Color Combination#729 here.
The colors to use are Granny Apple Green, So Saffron, Melon Mambo and Pool Party.

Second, this is for The Paper Players#431 Theme-Spring Fever, here.
I think the flowers and their colors are definitely spring! And so is Easter!

And finally, Stamp Ink Paper#189-Gingham, Plaid or Stripes, here.

The three stamp sets are Abstract Impressions, Itty Bitty Greetings and Buffalo Check background.

Happy Card for Two Challenges




Here's a card for two challenges.

First, the colors are for the Hand Stamped Sentiments#306 here.
The colors to use are Powder Pink, Fresh Fig and Mossy Meadow.

And second, I used the Stamp Ink Paper Challenge#182-Tic-tac-toe, here.
I went right down the middle row with embossing, stitched dies and coloring.

Since I had Abstract Impressions out I used it again. And I used some Botanical Butterfly DSP.

I embossed the sentiment with Versamark then some Fresh Fig ink(it's hard to get a good pic of it on these cloudy days!)
The stitched dies are the Rectangle Stitched Framelits and I colored the DSP with blender pens and markers.

Two for Thursday Card


Here's a two for Thursday card: a card for a sketch and a color challenge.

First, I used the Splitcoast Sketch Challenge#732 here.

And second, the Paper Craft Crew#322 here.
It's a color challenge to use at least two of these colors: Deep Red, Pale Pink, Aqua and Bright Pink.

I chose to use Melon Mambo and Powder Pink with a bit of Granny Apple Green.

Two for Tuesday Card

Here's a two for Tuesday card.

First, the TGIF Challenge#170-Repeat After Me theme, here.

And the colors for Fab Friday#142 here.

The colors to use are Powder Pink, Mint Macaron, Mossy Meadow and Tranquil Tide.

Abstract Impressions is the stamp set and I just used the repeat technique in both the same and different colors and different stamps.

I also used a bit of the Neutrals 6 by 6 DSP.
