Snoman Season Card for a Freshly Made Sketch



This is my take on the Freshly Made Sketch#413 here.

Snowman Season is the stamp set with some Let it Snow Specialty DSP.

The sketch gave me the idea to watercolor the background and I added some red marker splatters.

Christmas Tree Card for a Sunday Stamps Challenge

This Christmas card is for the sketch at Sunday Stamps#218 here.

Perfectly Plaid is the stamp set. I punched out some trees with the Pine Tree punch and some Wrapped in Plaid 6 by 6 Specialty DSP.

And I added some Snowflake Sequins to dress it up a bit.

Merry Christmas Die Cuts for a SUO Challenge

Have to get ready for Thanksgiving tomorrow but wanted to share a Christmas card I made for the SUO Challenge#237-Die-cutting, here.

I die cut the Merry and Christmas pieces with the Merry Christmas dies. And then stamped Christmas with the Merry Christmas to all stamp set.

Wrapped in Plaid 6 by 6 Specialty is the DSP.

Two for Tuesday Snowman Card

This two for Tuesday Christmas card is for a sketch and a color challenge.

First, it's for the sketch at The Paper Players#469 here.

And then the colors are for the Global Design Project#217 here.
The colors to use are Flirty Flamingo, Mossy Meadow and Crumb Cake.

I immediately thought of the hats and scarf in the Let it Snow Embellishment Kit.

I paired that with the Snowman Season stamp set. I've also used the snowflakes from the To Every Season stamp set. And the greeting is from Itty Bitty Christmas.  A bit of Magnolia Lane DSP and some Brights 6 by 6 DSP finish it off.

Peaceful Christmas Card for Two Challenges

Another Christmas card for two challenges!

First, I've used the sketch at Case this Sketch#349 here.

And then it's also for TGIF Challenge#236-Technique: Dry Embossed Vellum, here.
I've embossed a piece of vellum with the Pinewood Planks embossing folder. It kind of adds a bit of woodiness to the pine tree.

Finishing the Week of Double-Duty Cards

I've managed to make cards all week that are for two challenges!! Feels good! This card is for two challenges too.

First, I've used the sketch at MojoMonday#527 here.

And then it's for Hand Stamped Sentiments Inspiration Challenge#328 here.
I was inspired by the Christmas tree.

I used some Wrapped in Plaid 6 by 6 Specialty DSP.
The tree is punched with the Pine Tree punch from one of the patterns in the DSP. What could be easier??

Thanks Card for Two Challenges

This fall/Thanksgiving card is for two challenges.

First, the colors are for Fab Friday#176 here.
It's a color challenge to use Pretty Peacock, Terracotta Tile, Blushing Bride and Crushed Curry.

And then it's also for the  TGIF Challenge#238-Theme: So Grateful, here.

At first I was stumped with these colors but then I thought of the Birch Background stamp and the Harvest Hellos stamp set.

The pumpkin is stamped on some Terracotta Tile In Color DSP and I added some Come to Gather DSP too.

Snowflake Card for Two Challenges


This snowflake card is for two challenges.

First, the sketch at Case this Sketch#348 here.

I also LOVED this card by Mindy Backes and used that as inspiration too!

And then for The Paper Players#468-CAS: The North Pole, here.
I thought of snowflakes and red and green for Christmas.

To Every Season and Merry Christmas to all are the stamp sets.

I stamped the snowflakes on Watercolor paper then spritzed it with some water, adding the marker flecks then spritzed some more water.

There's also a bit of the Regals 6 by 6 DSP.
