Floral Card for a Global Design Sketch

Here's my take on the sketch at the Global Design Project#182 here.

I used some Sale-a-bration goodies that are only available for a few more days: Botanical Butterfly DSP and the Country Floral embossing folder.

However, one of them, the Country Floral embossing folder, will be available in the 2019-2020 Catalog, just not for free!

I colored the flowers in with Daffodil Delight and Old Olive Stampin' Blends. And a bit of black too.

Amazing Life is the stamp set.

Hello Cupcake Card for Two Challenges

Here's a double-duty card using the Sale-a-bration stamp set, Hello Cupcake.

First, the sketch is for the Hand Stamped Sentiments#311 here.

And second, the colors are for the Sunday Stamps#201-Easter Hues, here.

I chose to focus on the blue, yellow and purple, using Balmy Blue, Daffodil Delight and Highland Heather.

I also used a bit of the Gingham Gala 6 by 6 DSP.

This cupcake card is for the Freshly Made Sketch#379 here.

Hello Cupcake is the stamp set with some Gingham Gala 6 by 6 DSP.
I also used the coordinating Organdy Ribbon Combo pack, which is sadly, sold out.

And I ran the WW card stock thru the Sparkle embossing folder.

Card for an Inspire.Create.Challenge

This is a card for the sketch at Inspire.Create. Challenge#038 here.

I ran some Shimmery White card stock thru the Big Shot with the Rectangle Stitched Framelits. Then I colored it with Aqua painters and some Lemon Lime Twist, Powder Pink and Berry Burst inks.

I added some Gingham Gala 6 by 6 DSP in Lemon Lime Twist.

The greeting from Part of My Story is colored with markers.

Finally, I added some Gingham Gala adhesive-backed sequins.

Get Well Card for Two Challenges

Here's a get well card for two challenges.

First, the sketch is from the Freshly Made Sketches#378 here.

And the colors are for the SUO Challenge#218 here.
The colors to use are Granny Apple Green, Pool Party and Lovely Lipstick. I left off the bonus color of Mango Melody.

I used some Botanical Butterfly DSP, cut out the butterflies (since I don't have the punch) and colored them with the three challenge colors.

I also added a bit of the Lovely Lipstick Foil Sheets from Sale-a-bration.

The greeting is from Itty Bitty Greetings.

This butterfly card is for two challenges.

First, I used the sketch at the Paper Craft Crew#327 here.

And then this fits perfectly for the TGIF Challenge#200-Bunches of Butterflies, here.

I immediately thought of the Botanical Butterfly DSP!

I paired that with a greeting from the Part of My Story stamp set and a bit of the Gingham Gala 6 by 6 DSP.

Colorful Card for Two Challenges

Another double-duty card-my favorite! I just love when I can combine challenges.

This one is for the Global Design Project#176-Case the Designer, here.

I was inspired by the rainbow colors of this card.

I started by running the Watercolor paper thru the Rectangle Stitched Framelits.  I used some of the Watercolor pencils to color the paper then used the Aqua painter to blend the colors.





 
The second challenge is the TGIF Challenge#199-Sale-a-bration, here.
So this card uses the Part of My Story stamp set and some Daffodil Delight Organdy Ribbon from the Combo pack.

The greeting was then punched out with the Tailored Tag punch.

Card for a Freshly Made Sketch

This is my take on the Freshly Made Sketch#374 here.

I saw the circles and thought of the Eastern Beauty stamp set right away!

And the little circles made me think of the Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots.

For the background I used a piece of the Grapefruit Grove Foil Sheets from Sale-a-bration.  It's just fun how it changes depending on the lighting! Which is not good these past few days as it's been raining, sleeting and snowing!

Happy Card for Two Challenges

Here's a card for two challenges.

And second, I used the Stamp Ink Paper Challenge#182-Tic-tac-toe, here.
I went right down the middle row with embossing, stitched dies and coloring.

Since I had Abstract Impressions out I used it again. And I used some Botanical Butterfly DSP.

I embossed the sentiment with Versamark then some Fresh Fig ink(it's hard to get a good pic of it on these cloudy days!)
The stitched dies are the Rectangle Stitched Framelits and I colored the DSP with blender pens and markers.
