A Mojo Sketch with More Retiring Stuff

I made this card with the MojoMonday Sketch#193 here. I used the retiring stamp set Fun and Fast Notes with some Greenhouse Gala DSP, also to retire.
The base is Chocolate Chip card stock and then I added the Greenhouse Gala DSP. I stamped the image from Fun and Fast Notes in Chocolate Chip and used my blender pens and Chocolate Chip, Daffodil Delight, Baha Breeze, Real Red and Pear Pizzazz Classic pads to color it in. I used the Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch on some Chocolate Chip and Daffodil Delight card stock and added a Real Red brad to the center, popping it up with Stampin' dimensionals. Finally, some 5/8 inch Daffodil Delight Satin ribbon finishes it off.

Splitcoast Sketch#332

I made this one for the Splitcoast Sketch#332 here.
The base is Chocolate Chip card stock and I added three papers from the Greenhouse Gala DSP. I colored the stamp from Friends Never Fade with my Baha Breeze, Chocolate Chip and Pear Pizzazz Stampin' Write Markers and stamped it on Whisper White. Finally, some 1/8 inch Daffodil Delight taffeta ribbon finishes it off.

Friends Card for Two Challenges

I'm back to stamping! I was in St. Louis with my daughter's club volleyball team for a tourney. It was fun, they did great and I'm exhausted but I had to stamp a little before making dinner.
I made this one for the PPA#85 Sketch Challenge here, and the Stampin Celebration Inspiration Challenge #44 here.
I started with a base of Pear Pizzazz card stock and added some Chocolate Chip card stock and DSP from the Greehouse Gala DSP. I ran a strip of Chocolate Chip thru the Scallop Edge Border punch and added some dots with the White gel pen. I stamped the image from Friends Never Fade in Pear Pizzazz and colored the center of the flower with my Chocolate Chip Stampin' Write marker. I stamped the For You Flower in Chocolate Chip and punched out the center with the 1 1/4 inch Circle punch. I layered that onto a piece of Chocolate Chip punched with the 1 3/8 inch Circle punch. I popped up the circles with a Stampin' dimensional. Finally, some 1/2 inch Pear Pizzazz stitched-poly ribbon finishes it off.

Splitcoast Sketch #322

I used the Splitcoast Sketch# 322 here for this card. The base is Chocolate Chip card stock and I added DSP from the Greenhouse Gala DSP. I colored in the hydrangea from Because I Care with my Baha Breeze and Pear Pizzazz Stampin' Write markers.
I also used the Chocolate Chip marker to stamp the With Sympathy from Teeny Tiny Wishes. I then added the little flowers from Because I Care in Baha Breeze. I punched the Whisper White circle with the 1 1/4 inch Circle punch and added the Chocolate Chip circle punched with the 1 3/8 inch Circle punch, popping them up with Stampin' dimensionals.

Mojo#170 Happy Birthday

This birthday card was made with the MojoMonday sketch#170 here.
The base is Baha Breeze and I added some Pear Pizzazz. I used some papers from Greenhouse Gala DSP and the striped paper is from the DSP Pack In-Color. The Chocolate Chip scallop piece is was cut with the Scallop Circles #2 Bigz Die and the Baha Breeze circle was cut with the Circles#2 die.The DSP circle was punched with the 1 3/4 inch XL Circle punch. I stamped the sentiment from Perfect Punches in Pear Pizzazz on Whisper White and punched it out with the 2 by 1 3/8 inch XL Oval punch. I trimmed that down and layered it onto a Pear Pizzazz piece punched with the same oval punch. I popped those ovals up with Stampin dimensionals.Finally, some 1/2 inch Pear Pizzazz stitched-poly ribbon finishes it off.

SUO Challenge #5 Punch Art Thanks

I made a card for the SUO Challenge#5, Punch Art, here.
I started with a base of Daffodil Delight and added some Greenhouse Gala DSP. That was layered on to some Chocolate Chip card stock. I ran one edge of the Chocolate Chip thru the Scallop Edge border punch and added dots with the White gel pen. I colored the flower stamp from Friends Never Fade with my Chocolate Chip, Real Red and Pear Pizzazz Stampin write markers and stamped that on Whisper White. I ran a piece of Chocolate Chip card stock thru the Big Shot with the Square Lattice textured impressions folder. I then used the Ornament punch to punch out the "vase". I stamped thank you from Short & Sweet in Chocolate Chip on Whisper White and punched that out with the Word Window punch. I layered that onto a Daffodil Delight piece punched with the Modern Label punch and adhered that piece over the Chocolate Chip ornament piece, making it look like a vase. A piece of 1/8 inch Daffodil Delight taffeta ribbon finishes it off.

Stamping 411 Sketch #173 Thanks

I still need more thank yous so I made this one for the Stamping 411 sketch #173 here.
The base is Baha Breeze and then I added some Chocolate Chip card stock and DSP from the Greenhouse Gala DSP. I colored in the branch from Cheep Talk with Chocolate Chip and Pear Pizzazz Stampin write markers. I used my Stamp-a-ma-jig to add the sentiment, which was stamped in Pumpkin Pie. I stamped the bird in Baha Breeze and colored in the beak and legs with Pumpkin Pie and Chocolate Chip Stampin write markers. The flower was stamped in Pumpkin Pie and punched out with the 1 inch circle punch.and layered on to a Chocolate Chip piece punched with the 1 1/4 inch circle punch. I used the circle punch from the Itty Bitty Shapes punches pack to punch out the Baha Breeze circle. Finally, some 1/4 inch Pumpkin Pie grosgrain finishes it off.

Stamping 411 Sketch #171

Here's my card for this week's Stamping 411 sketch #171 here.
This is a great sketch to use up all those scraps that you don't know what to do with!
I started by running the Chocolate Chip card stock base thru the Big Shot with the Vintage Wallpaper Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. Then I added some Greenhouse Gala DSP scraps and Baha Breeze and Pear Pizzazz card stock. I colored the stamp from Friends Never Fade with the Baha Breeze, Pear Pizzazz and Pumpkin Pie Stampin write markers. I punched that out with the 1 3/8 circle punch and added that to a Chocolate Chip piece punched with the Scallop circle punch.  That entire piece was popped up with Stampin dimensionals. Finally, a piece of 1/2 inch Pear Pizzazz stitched-poly ribbon finishes it off.

Stamping 411 Sketch #167 Thank You

This is my take on the Stamping 411 sketch #167 here.
I began with a Baha Breeze card stock base and added some Baha Breeze paper from the Greenhouse Gala DSP and some more paper from that DSP. I colored the flower image from Friends Never Fade with the Chocolate Chip and Pear Pizzazz Stampin write markers and stamped it a few times on Whisper White and layered that onto a piece of Chocolate Chip. I stamped thank you from All Holidays in Baha Breeze, punched it out with the Word Window punch and layered it on to a Baha Breeze piece punched with the Modern Label punch. I added a strip of 1/2 inch Pear Pizzazz stitched-poly ribbon and two Antique Brass brads to finish it off.

Clean and Simple FTL #103

I found this great blog and made two cards for this post. It's called Clean and Simple Stamping and here's the sketch I used for these cards. Since it was really simple to make the first one, I had to make another to show off the awesome papers from the Greenhouse Gala DSP! I used the flower from Friends Never Fade and colored it in with Stampin write markers. The sentiment is from Occasional Quotes. Stamping 411 #163 Greenhouse Gala Birthday

This is my take on the Stamping 411 sketch #163 here.
I started with a card stock base of Pear Pizzazz and added some DSP from Greenhouse Gala. I colored in the stamp from On Your Birthday with Chocolate Chip, Baha Breeze, Pear Pizzazz and Pumpkin Pie Stampin write markers. I also colored in the pineapple image from Friends Never Fade with Stampin write markers and then punched that with the 1 1/4 inch circle punch. That was layered onto a piece of Pumpkin Pie punched with the 1 3/4 by 7/8 inch Large oval punch and popped it up with Stampin dimensionals. Finally, a piece of 1/2 inch Pear Pizzazz poly-stitched ribbon finishes it off.

Another Party Hearty Card

Since I had my Party Hearty set sitting on my desk, and I saw this cute card by Sarah Jane Kale I thought I'd make my own version.
I started with a base of Pear Pizzazz and added some Greenhouse Gala DSP. All the stamps are from Party Hearty and I colored them with Baha Breeze, Chocolate Chip, Pear Pizzazz and Pumpkin Pie Stampin Write markers. Whisper White was punched with the 1 3/8 inch square punch and layered onto a piece of Chocolate Chip. The party hats were colored with the markers, cut out and turned upside down to look like a pennant. A teeny tiny strip of Chocolate Chip was adhered to look like string. Happy Birthday from Teeny Tiny Wishes was stamped in Chocolate Chip and punched out with the Word Window punch. Finally, I added a piece of 1/2 inch Pear Pizzazz stitched-poly.

MOJO#149 Greenhouse Gala Thinking of You

This card is for the Mojo Monday sketch challenge #149 here.
The base is Chocolate Chip and then a piece of Real Red is layered onto that. Then there are papers from Greenhouse Gala DSP. The flower image from Friends Never Fade was colored with Daffodil Delight, Real Red and Pear Pizzazz Stampin write markers. A piece of Chocolate Chip card stock is layered behind that. The Real Red strips were run thru the Big Shot with the Vintage Wallpaper textured impressions embossing folder. The sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes was stamped in Chocolate Chip, punched out with the Word Window punch and layered onto a Pear Pizzazz piece punched with the Modern Label punch. Finally, a piece of 1/2 inch Pear Pizzazz stitched-poly finishes it off.

Wedding Card for Two Challenges

Here's a wedding card for two challenges. The Splitcoast sketch #289 here and the PPA #51 Wedding Theme challenge here.
I started with a card stock base of Regal Rose and added some paper from the Patterns DSP Brights stack. And then I used some Daffodil Delight from the Patterns DSP Brights stack too. The Pear Pizzazz strip is from Greenhouse Gala DSP. I stamped the wedding cake image from the Level 1 Hostess Set, It's the Thought, in Basic Black, and used Regal Rose, Pear Pizzazz and Daffodil Delight Stampin' write markers to color in the image. I punched that out with the large 1 1/4 inch square punch and layered that onto a Regal Rose piece punched with the XL Scallop square punch. Those pieces were popped up with Stampin dimensionals. Finally, I added some 1/8 inch Daffodil Delight taffeta ribbon and some 1/2 inch Pear Pizzazz stitched-poly ribbon.

SC288 Greenhouse Gala Anniversary

Yes, I know, another card with the Greenhouse Gala DSP. But it just goes to show you all the very different looks you can create from one pack of Designer Series Papers! Besides, I won't get my new catty goodies until Monday so bear with me! This one was done for Splitcoast sketch challenge #288 here.
The base is Chocolate Chip then some DSP. There's also some Pear Pizzazz and Baha Breeze and more DSP. I colored the image from Friends Never Fade with the Baha Breeze, Pear Pizzazz and Pumpkin Pie Stampin' write markers, and then punched that out with the XL 1 3/4 inch Circle punch. That was then layered onto a Chocolate Chip piece punched with the XL 2 3/8 inch Scallop Circle punch. I also added some dots with the white gel pen. I used the Stamp-a-ma-jig to stamp "Happy Anniversary" from Teeny Tiny Wishes in Chocolate Chip on Whisper White. The 1 inch medium circle punch was used on that and then layered onto a piece of Chocolate Chip punched with the large 1 1/4 inch circle punch.

Bright Greenhouse Gala with Perfect Punches

Here's a card using the DSP from Greenhouse Gala and a new stamp set, Perfect Punches. Every stamp in this set coordinates with one of the Stampin' UP punches.
I started with a card stock base of Pumpkin Pie and layered on three of the different designs from Greenhouse Gala DSP. The strip of Real Red card stock was run thru the Scallop Edge border punch and I added some dots with the white gel pen. The "thanks" stamp from Perfect Punches was inked up in Pumpkin Pie then punched out with the XL Scallop Oval punch. I then layered a piece of Pear Pizzazz that was punched with the XL 2 by 1 3/8 Oval punch. Finally, a piece of 1/4 inch Pumpkin Pie grosgrain finishes it off.

Stamping 411 #158 Apple Blossoms Note

This one is for the Stamping 411 sketch #158 here.
The card stock base is one of the new colors, Marina Mist. I then layered a piece of another new In Color, Pear Pizzazz and the zig-zag paper from Greenhouse Gala DSP. The stamps are from the Level 2 Hostess set, Apple Blossoms. I stamped the flower twice, first in Marina Mist then Pumpkin Pie and cut out the little flower from the center. The stem was stamped in Pear Pizzazz. The sentiment was stamped in Marina Mist, punched out with the Large Word Window punch and layered onto a piece of Marina Mist punched with the XL Modern Label punch. Finally, a piece of 1/8 inch Marina Mist taffeta ribbon finishes it off.

This card was made with the Greenhouse Gala DSP and Friends Never Fade stamp set. It was also created for Splitcoast sketch #287 here.
I began with a card stock base of Pumpkin Pie and ran that thru the Big Shot with the new Vintage Wallpaper textured impressions embossing folder. The patterned papers are from the Greenhouse Gala DSP. I inked up the stamp from Friends Never Fade with a new color, Daffodil Delight and colored in the center of the flower with the Pumpkin Pie Stampin' write marker. A piece of Daffodil Delight 1/8 inch taffeta ribbon finishes it off!

Catalog Sneek Peek and a Splitcoast Sketch

Here's another sneak peek at the Greenhouse Gala DSP and Friends Never Fade stamp set from the 2010-2011 Idea Book and Catalog.
I made this card for the Splitcoast sketch#285 here.
I started with a card stock base of Chocolate Chip. Then I ran a piece of Pear Pizzazz thru the Big Shot with the new Vintage Wallpaper textured impressions embossing folder.
I colored in the flower image from Friends Never Fade with the Chocolate Chip, Marina Mist and Pear Pizzazz markers. Those were punched out with the 1 1/4 inch punch and layered onto a Chocolate Chip piece punched with the 1 3/8 inch square punch. "Thank you" from Because I Care was stamped on Whisper White in Chocolate Chip and punched with the small oval punch then layered onto a Chocolate Chip piece punched with the large oval punch. I popped up all three squares with Stampin dimensionals too. Finally, a piece of the 1/8 inch Marina Mist taffeta ribbon finishes it off.

Because I Care Sneak Peek

Here's another sneak peak from the new catty, "Because I Care Level 1 Hostess Set". And new colors too, Pear Pizzazz and Concord Crush.
I colored the flower with the Concord Crush and Pear Pizzazz Stampin write markers. I love it that all the colors, including In Colors, will be available in Stampin Write Markers."Thank you" was stamped in Concord Crush on Whisper White then layered onto a Concord Crush piece punched with the Scallop Oval punch. Also, I ran the strip of Concord Crush thru the Scallop Trim Border punch. The patterned paper is from the Greenhouse Gala DSP. Finally, a piece of 1/4 inch Whisper White grosgrain finishes it off.
