Graduation Card for a Case this Sketch

I need a graduation card for our nephew, Brady, so I used the Case this Sketch#323 here.

I started with his school colors and used the Eastern Beauty stamp set to create this masculine background.

The greeting is from Well Said and it's coordinating Well Written Framelits.

This is my take on the Case this Sketch#320 here.

I used the stamp set Eastern Beauty with it's coordinating Eastern Medallions Framelits, both of which are retiring.

I also used some colors that are retiring, Berry Burst and Powder Pink.

Card for Two Challenges

This card is for a sketch and an inspiration challenge.

First, the sketch is for the Global Design Project#186 here.

And the colors and theme are for the Hand Stamped Sentiments Inspiration Challenge#313 here.
I chose to use Powder Pink and Daffodil Delight.

I was inspired by the wood background of the picture hanging board.  So I thought of the Wood Textures DSP.

Then I liked the pink and yellow flowers so I used the Eastern Medallions Thinlits and the coordinating Eastern Beauty stamp set.  And I added a piece of the Gingham Gala 6 by 6 DSP.

Pretty much everything used to create this card is going to retire except the Stitched Shapes Framelits, Layering Squares Framelits and the Gingham Gala adhesive-backed sequins.

This card is for the Case this Sketch#310 here.

Eastern Beauty is the stamp set and this sentiment just makes me smile! Who wouldn't enjoy getting this card?

I paired that with some Painted Seasons DSP.

And added some greenery with the Sprig punch.

Card for a Freshly Made Sketch

This is my take on the Freshly Made Sketch#374 here.

I saw the circles and thought of the Eastern Beauty stamp set right away!

And the little circles made me think of the Happiness Blooms Enamel Dots.

For the background I used a piece of the Grapefruit Grove Foil Sheets from Sale-a-bration.  It's just fun how it changes depending on the lighting! Which is not good these past few days as it's been raining, sleeting and snowing!

I'm obviously a fan of bright colors and I've used some more for this card.

Second, it's for the Global Design Project#143, here.
It's a theme: love it, live it, share it for the new 2018-2019 Catalog.

I chose to share the colors because I love them so much and I love to celebrate!

I colored the stamp from Love What You do with  Lovely Lipstick and Blueberry Bushel markers then sprayed some water on it and stamped.
