Here's a birthday card for two challenges.
First, it's for the Global Design Project#396 here. It's a CASE the Designer week and I chose to CASE the layout of Krista's card.
I've paired that with the Seize the Birthday#262 here. The topping is "Make it Pop". I've cut out the center circle and popped it up with dimensionals over the piece of DSP. You could also think of "popping" balloons, lol!
Beautiful Balloons is the stamp set with some Bright & Beautiful DSP.
