Happy Little Things

This birthday card uses the new, Online Exclusive, stamp set called Happy Little Things. It's great for so many occasions! This card is also for two challenges.

Second, the colors are for the Splitcoast Color Combination#990 here. The colors to use are Orchid Oasis, Parakeet Party and Starry Sky.
