Clean and Simple Birthday Card

Here's a clean and simple birthday card for two challenges. 

First, I've used the sketch at the CAS Colours & Sketches#560 here.

Second, the colors are for the Color Throwdown#832 here. The colors to use are dark blue, light blue and red. I went with Night of Navy, Balmy Blue and Real Red.
