Here's a bright birthday card for two challenges.
First, I've used the sketch at the SUO Challenge#392 here.
Then it's for the Festive Friday Challenge#200 here. It's a National Tulip Day inspiration list and I went with red, yellow, orange and Happy Birthday.
Encircled With Love and Stripes & Dots are the stamp sets.
