Happy Birthday Wishes

Here's another birthday card for two challenges.

First, it's for the Inspired By Challenge#336 here. I was inspired by the yellows and blue, thinking of the Floral Delight DSP and the Mediterranean Blooms DSP.

Then it's for Seize the Birthday#305 here. The topping is flowers. There's the flowers in the DSP and the little flower and greeting from the new stamp set, Encircled with Love.
