Here's a bright, celebratory birthday card for two challenges.
First, I've used the sketch at the SUO Challenge#350 here. It's their 15th anniversary so a big congratulations to them!
Second, the colors are for Just Add Ink#699 here. The colors to use are Starry Sky, Berry Burst and Coastal Cabana.
Circle Sayings is the stamp set with some Glorious Gingham DSP, all retiring!
