One Card for Two Challeges

I made this quick one using the Create with Connie and Mary Sketch  Challenge#149 here, and the PPA92 Challenge here. The colors to use were Pear Pizzazz, Peach Parfait and Poppy Parade.
The base is Poppy Parade card stock and I added papers from the Sunny Garden DSP. I stamped the stem and flowers from For All You Do in Pear Pizzazz, Peach Parfait and Poppy Parade. I ran a strip of Pear Pizzazz thru the Scallop Edge Border punch and added some white dots with the White Gel pen. Finally, some 1/2 inch Peach Parfait stitched-poly ribbon finishes it off.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: For All You Do
Papers: Whisper White, Pear Pizzazz, Peach Parfait, Poppy Parade and Sunny Garden DSP
Inks: Pear Pizzazz, Peach Parfait and Poppy Parade
Accessories: Scallop Edge Border punch, White Gel pen, 1/2 inch Peach Parfait stitched-poly ribbon

Stamping 411 Sketch#197 Thanks

This is my take on the Stamping 411 Sketch#197 here.
The base is Rose Red card stock and I used papers from the Springtime Vintage DSP. I cut out the big scallop circle with the Scallop Circle#2 Bigz die. I punched out three scallops, Baha Breeze, Not Quite Navy and one from the DSP with the 2 3/8 inch XL Scallop Circle punch. I then punched out three of the same papers with the 1 3/4 inch XL Scallop Circle punch. I crumpled them all up for some texture and added a 5/8 inch Jumbo Silver brad to the center. I stamped the flower from For All You Do in Pear Pizzazz, cut it out, added a Silver brad and popped it up with Stampin' dimensionals. I stamped thanks from Thank You Kindly in Rose Red on Very Vanilla and punched it out with the 1 3/4 inch by 7/8 inch Large Oval Punch. That was then layered onto a Rose Red piece punched with the XL Scallop Oval Punch. Finally, some 1/2 inch Rose Red seam binding finishes it off.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: Thank You Kindly and For All You Do
Papers: Very Vanilla, Rose Red, Baha Breeze, Not Quite Navy, Springtime Vintage DSP
Inks: Rose Red and Pear Pizzazz
Accessories: 2 3/8 inch and 1 3/4 inch XL Scallop Circle punches, XL Scallop Oval punch, 1 3/4 by 7/8 Large Oval punch, Scallop Circle#2 Bigz die, Silver Brad, 5/8 inch Jumbo Silver brad, Stampin' dimensionals, 1/2 inch Rose Red seam binding

Sunny Garden Splitcoast Sketch

This card, using the stamp set For All You Do and Sunny Garden DSP, was made with the Splitcoast Card Sketch#320 here.
I started with a base of Peach Parfait and added some Sunny Garden DSP, matting the Poppy pattern with Poppy Parade and then the others with more Peach Parfait. I used my Stamp-a-ma-jig to position the brackets and sentiment and stamped them in Peach Parfait. The stem was stamped in Pear Pizzazz. I stamped the flowers in Poppy Parade, Peach Parfait and Daffodil Delight. I cut them out and popped the Peach one up with Stampin dimensionals. I also added a Pumpkin Circle Fire brad to the center of the Peach flower. Finally, some 1/2 inch Poppy Parade stitched-poly ribbon finishes it off.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: For All You Do
Papers: Whisper White, Peach Parfait, Poppy Parade, Sunny Garden DSP
Inks: Peach Parfait, Pear Pizzazz, Poppy Parade, Daffodil Delight
Accessories: Pumpkin Circle Fire brad, Stampin dimensionals, Stamp-a-ma-jig, 1/2 inch Poppy Parade stitched-poly ribbon

MOJO137 Mambo Mother's Day

Here's another Mother's Day card I made but I won't say who is getting it quite yet. I used the Mojo Monday sketch#137 here.
I started with a base of Crushed Curry and layered on a piece of Melon Mambo. Next, I used some Razzleberry Lemonade DSP for the big piece and for the little squares. The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes and that was stamped in Crushed Curry, punched with the Word Window punch and layered onto a Melon Mambo piece punched with the Small Oval punch and a Crushed Curry piece punched with the Large Oval punch. The flowers and stem are from For All You Do and were stamped in Old Olive, Crushed Curry and Melon Mambo. The Curry one has a Circle Fire Rhinestone brad in the center and was popped up with Stampin dimensionals.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: For All You Do and Teeny Tiny Wishes
Papers: Whisper white, Crushed Curry, Melon Mambo and Razzleberry Lemonade DSP
Inks: Old Olive, Crushed Curry and Melon Mambo
Accessories: Word window, small oval and large oval punches, Circle Fire Rhinestone brad, Stampin' dimensionals

Stamping 411 #125 Get Well Card

I'm just playing catch up this week. Crazy weekend with girls' club volleyball tryouts and two of the three kids having off for two days. And now the third kid has off the other three days of the week. Anyways, I made this card for the Stamping 411 sketch here. I haven't used the Cottage Wall DSP lately so I pulled out that and the For All You Do Stamp set. I stamped the square flower image with Rich Razzleberry and used the sentiment from Garden Greetings(on the dormant list). I used the Ticket Corner punch on the corners of the white square and added a gold brad. A little ribbon and it's done.

Here's my recipe:

Stamps: For All You Do, Garden Greetings

Papers: Whisper white, Old Olive, Rich Razzleberry, Cottage Wall DSP

Inks: Rich Razzleberry

Accessories: Gold brads, ticket corner punch, word window punch, Modern label punch, 1/2 inch Rich Razzleberry polka-dot grosgrain ribbon

My Mojo for Friday

I created this card for the MojoMonday #103 sketch here.
Its a fun sketch and this one came together fairly quickly once I finally decided which stamp set to use. I really love the Cottage Wall Designer Series papers. So many cute patterns to choose from. And much to my surprise, this card didn't use any punches. But of course it uses ribbon.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: For All You Do
Papers: Whisper white, Old Olive, Rich Razzleberry, Cottage Wall DSP
Inks: Old Olive and Rich Razzleberry
Accessories: 1/2 inch Rich Razzleberry polka dot grosgrain ribbon

Cottage Wall Thanks

I made another card with the Cottage Wall Designer Papers. I also used this sketch from Splitcoast. I can't say enough how easy these are to follow! I really like this Cottage Wall dsp, even though I'm not a big purple fan (as my Mom can tell you)! I think she'll be getting some creations with this paper for Christmas presents-she's a HUGE purple fan!

Here's my recipe:

Stamps: For All You Do

Papers: Whisper white, Rich razzleberry, old olive, Cottage Wall dsp

Inks: Rich razzleberry, old olive

Accessories: 1 1/4 in square punch, word window punch

New stamps and papers

My order from the new 2009-2010 Idea book and catalog arrived today. But I didn't get to play til late tonight.

I used this sketch challenge from Splitcoast.

I really like all the different designs in the Cottage Wall Designer Series papers. It's a bit outta my color zone but that helps me be more creative. I already have lots of ideas for gifts for Mom-purple is her favorite color!

Papers: Cottage Wall designer series papers, whisper white, orchid opulence, rich razzleberry
Inks: orchid opulence, rich razzleberry, old olive
