Travel Journal DSP Birthday

I needed some masculine birthday cards so I thought this one would be perfect. I got the layout from the Clean & Simple fall-to-layout #86 here.
I began with a card stock base of Crumb Cake. I added the striped DSP from Travel Journal and a piece of Pumpkin Pie behind that. I used the following circle punches: XL 1 3/4 inch, Large 1 3/8 inch, Large 1 1/4 inch, 1 inch and 3/4 inch. And also the circle punch from the Itty Bitty Shapes punches pack. Happy Birthday from On Your Birthday was stamped in Night of Navy on Crumb Cake and punched out with the Word Window punch and layered onto a Pumpkin Pie piece punched with the Modern Label punch.
Here's my recipe;
Stamps: On Your Birthday
Papers: Crumb Cake, Pumpkin Pie, Travel Journal DSP
Inks: Night of Navy
Accessories: Word Window and Modern Label punch, Itty Bitty Shapes punches pack, 3/4 inch, 1 inch, 1 1/4 inch, 1 3/8 inch, 1 3/4 inch circle punches

PPA#54 Masculine Congrats

This is my try for the PPA#54-A Masculine KISS-here.
The Travel Journal DSP immediately comes to mind when thinking of masculine cards, so I used a strip of that on the card stock base of Night of Navy. I took a small strip of Bashful Blue and poked some holes with the paper piercing tool and the mat pack.
I used the XL Star punch and the (retired) small star punch to punch out the stars. The 3/4 inch circle punch was used for the circle and popped up with a Stampin dimensional. Finally, I stamped congratulations from Perfect Punches in Night of Navy and punched that out with the Modern Label punch.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: Perfect Punches
Papers: Whisper White, Bashful Blue, Night of Navy, Travel Journal DSP
Inks: Night of Navy
Accessories: XL and Small Star punches, 3/4 inch circle punch, Modern Label punch, paper piercing tool, mat pack, Stampin dimensionals

Mojo #150 Party Hearty with Travel Journal DSP

This is my take on the MojoMonday sketch#150 here.
I can never have enough masculine cards so I thought of the Travel Journal DSP with this sketch.
I started with a base of Night of Navy and layered on some Crumb Cake. The different papers are all from the Travel Journal DSP and coordinate so great! The only stamping on this card is the "celebrate you" from Party Hearty stamped in Night of Navy.I punched that with the XL 1 3/4 circle punch and layered a Pumpkin Pie circle that I cut with the Circles #2 Sizzix die.I stamped the present in Pumpkin Pie, punched it out with the 3/4 inch circle punch and popped it up with Stampin dimensionals. A piece of 1/4 inch Night of Navy grosgrain and two silver brads finish it off.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: Party Hearty
Papers: Whisper White, Crumb Cake, Night of Navy, Pumpkin Pie, Travel Journal DSP
Inks: Night of Navy and Pumpkin Pie
Accessories: Corner rounder punch, 3/4 inch and 1 3/4 inch circle punches, Circles #2 Sizzix die, silver brads, Stampin Dimensionals, 1/4 inch Night of Navy grosgrain ribbon

Double Challenge Baby Card

I made this cute baby card for two challenges: MOJO#148 here and Stamping 411 Color Inspiration #133 here.  The colors are Baha Breeze, Crumb Cake and Not Quite Navy.
Crumb Cake card stock is the base of this card with some Crumb Cake DSP from the Travel Journal DSP layered onto that. I used my Coluzzle to cut the big circles, one in Not Quite Navy and one in Baha Breeze. I ran the Baha Breeze one thru the Big Shot with the Perfect Polka-dot textured impressions folder. I stamped the monkey (from Fox and Friends) in Baha Breeze and the whale in Not Quite Navy. I then punched both of those out with the 1 1/4 inch square punch and layered them onto coordinating card stock punched with the 1 3/8 inch square punch. The center sentiment is from Occasional Quotes and was colored with Crumb Cake and Not Quite Navy Stampin write markers, stamped on Whisper White and punched out with the 1 3/4 inch circle punch. The Sizzix Circles #2 die was used for the Crumb Cake circle under the sentiment. The two patterned Crumb Cake squares from the Travel Journal DSP were also punched with the 1 1/4 inch square punch. Finally, "congratulations" from Occasional Quotes was stamped in Not Quite Navy.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: Occasional Quotes, Fox and Friends
Papers: Whisper White, Crumb Cake, Baha Breeze, Not Quite Navy, Travel Journal DSP
Inks: Baha Breeze and Not Quite Navy Classic Stampin pads, Crumb Cake and Not Quite Navy Stampin write markers
Accessories: Coluzzle, Circles #2 die, 1 1/4 and 1 3/8 inch square punches, 1 3/4 inch circle punch, Perfect Polka-dot textured impressions embossing folder

MOJO145 Celebrate

I had a few minutes to stamp so I created this card for the MojoMonday sketch #145 here.
I began with a Bashful Blue card stock base. I then ran a piece of Garden Green thru the Big Shot with the bigger polka dot Backgrounds 1 texturz plate. I stamped "celebrate"from Party Hearty in Garden Green on Whisper White and punched that out with the 1 3/4 inch Extra-large circle punch. A circle of Pumpkin Pie cut with the Coluzzle is layered onto that. And I stamped the "celebrate" again in Pumpkin Pie and cut out the center circle. The hats were colored with the Bashful Blue and Pumpkin Pie Stampin' write markers and cut out and adhered to the square. The striped paper is from Travel Journal DSP in the Summer Mini. The present was stamped in Garden Green and punched out with the 3/4 inch medium circle punch. Finally,  the Extra-large star punch was used on Bashful Blue card stock and that was popped up with a Stampin' dimensional.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: Party Hearty
Papers: Whisper White, Bashful Blue, Garden Green, Pumpkin Pie and Travel Journal DSP
Inks: Garden Green and Pumpkin Pie Classic Stamp pads, Bashful Blue and Pumpkin Pie Stampin' write markers
Accessories: 1 3/4 inch Extra-large circle punch, Coluzzle, 3/4 inch medium circle punch, Extra-large star punch, Backgrounds 1 texturz plates, Stampin' dimensionals

Father's Day Cards with Travel Journal DSP

Here's a trio of Father's Day cards I made using the Travel Journal DSP and the All Holidays and Holiday Blitz stamp set.
I think these papers are perfect for masculine cards! For each one I stamped "Happy Father's Day" twice then cut out the "father's" sentiment in the second color. And on two cards I added the tie from Holiday Blitz.
I know my husband, my dad and my brother won't be checking out my blog today so I figured I'd be safe posting them.
Here's the recipe:
Stamps: All Holidays and Holiday Blitz
Papers: Whisper White, Kraft, Bashful Blue, Garden Green, Night of Navy, Pumpkin Pie and Travel Journal DSP
Inks: Bashful Blue, Garden Green, Night of Navy, Pumpkin Pie
Accessories: 3/4 inch circle punch, 1/4 inch Pumpkin Pie grosgrain, 1/2 inch striped Pumpkin Pie grosgrain, paper piecing tool, Stampin dimensionals

Stamping 411#155 Father's Day

This is my take on the Stamping 411 sketch #155 here.
I need a few Father's Day cards for this Sunday so I used the stamp from All Holidays and the little tie from the soon to retire set, Holiday Blitz. The DSP is Travel Journal DSP from the Summer Mini. I stamped the "Happy Father's Day" twice, once in Pumpkin Pie then again in Night of Navy and cut out the "Father's" portion and popped it up with a Stampin dimensional.
I stamped the tie in Pumpkin Pie and adhered that onto a 3/4 inch punched circle of Night of Navy.
A piece of 1/4 inch Pumpkin Pie grosgrain finishes of this simple and quick card.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: All Holidays and Holiday Blitz
Papers: Whisper white, Kraft, Night of Navy, Pumpkin Pie and Travel Journal DSP
Inks: Night of Navy and Pumpkin Pie
Accessories: 3/4 inch circle punch & 1/4 inch Pumpkin Pie grosgrain, Stampin Dimensionals
