I used the Clean and Simple FTL#165 here for this really quick birthday card. I made a bunch of these to sell at the craft fair.
The base is Pacific Point and I added some retired Celebrations DSP ( you could use the current Big Top Birthday DSP instead) and a strip of Real Red. The stamps from Party This Way were inked up in Pacific Point and Real Red. I cut the balloons and arrow out and used the Word Window punch on the greeting. The arrow an one balloon are popped up with Stampin' dimensionals.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: Party This Way
Papers: Whisper White, Real Red, Pacific Point, Celebrations DSP
Ink: Real Red and Pacific Point
Accessories: Word window punch and Stampin' dimensionals
