Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Here's a card and little box of tea lights I'm bringing to the in-laws today. I packed the box away before I added a pic of the inside, trust me, that's cute too! I think they'd qualify for the SUO Challenge #6 of Thanksgiving Table Art here.
I found the tutorial for this cute little box that holds 4 decorated tea lights on Jill Hillard's awesome blog here.
Both the card and box were made with the Autumn Spice DSP. The card has Cajun Craze, Early Espresso, Very Vanilla and More Mustard card stock too. The box has Early Espresso and the bottom base. I used the Day of Gratitude stamp set for both too. The oval Coluzzle was used for the card and the 1 1/4 inch Circle punch for the box. Finally, both use 1/8 inch Early Espresso taffeta ribbon.
Here's my recipe:

Papers: Very Vanilla, Early Espresso, Cajun Craze, More Mustard, Autumn Spice Specialty DSP

MOJO154 Autumn Spice Gratitude
Here's a card using the MojoMonday sketch#154.
I started with a base of Early Espresso and added different papers from the Autumn Spice Specialty DSP. I ran a piece of More Mustard thru the Big Shot with the Square lattice textured impressions embossing folder. I also used the Big Shot with Espresso and the Scallop Square. The 2 3/8 inch XL Scallop circle was used to punch out the Espresso piece and the 1 3/4 inch XL Circle was used for the Very Vanilla circle. Onto that Vanilla circle I stamped the greeting from Day of Gratitude in Early Espresso. I cut out a leaf from one of the patterned papers of the Autumn Spice Specialty DSP. Finally, the scallop circle piece was popped up on Stampin dimensionals.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: Day of Gratitude
Papers: Very Vanilla, Early Espresso, More Mustard, Autumn Spice Specialty DSP
Inks: Early Espresso
Accessories: 1 3/4 in XL Circle punch, 2 3/8 in XL Scallop Circle punch, Scallop Square Bigz clear die, Circles #2 die, Square lattice textured impressions embossing folder, Stampin dimensionals
I started with a base of Early Espresso and added different papers from the Autumn Spice Specialty DSP. I ran a piece of More Mustard thru the Big Shot with the Square lattice textured impressions embossing folder. I also used the Big Shot with Espresso and the Scallop Square. And the More Mustard circle was cut out with the Circles #2 die. Splitcoast Sketch #295 Day of Gratitude Sneak Peek
I was thrilled to be asked to make a card for this week's sketch #295 over here at Splitcoast.
So I used Day of Gratitude and the coordinating Autumn Spice Specialty DSP from the soon to be available, Holiday Mini.
I started with Early Espresso and layered on some of the different designs from Autumn Spice. I punched an Early Espresso circle from the 1 3/8 inch circle punch then some DSP from the 1 1/4 inch circle punch. I colored in the stamp from Day of Gratitude with Old Olive, Cajun Craze, Early Espresso and More Mustard Stampin write markers, cut it out and popped it up on Stampin dimensionals. I stamped the tag from Tiny Tags in Early Espresso, punched it out with the Medium Jewelry Tag punch and tied it on with some Natural Hemp Twine. Finally, a piece of 1/8 inch Early Espresso taffeta ribbon finishes it off.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: Day of Gratitude and Tiny Tags
Papers: Very Vanilla, Cajun Craze, Early Espresso, Autumn Spice Specialty DSP
Inks: Early Espresso Classic Stampin pad, Early Espresso, Cajun Craze, More Mustard and Old Olive Stampin write markers
Accessories: 1 3/8 inch and 1 1/4 inch Circle punches, Medium Jewelry Tag punch, Natural Hemp twine, 1/8 inch Early Espresso taffeta ribbon, Stampin dimensionals
