I made this thank you for two challenges.
First, the PPA#103 Sketch Challenge here, and then for the Create with Connie and Mary Color Challenge#159 here. The colors to use are Regal Rose, Marina Mist and Sahara Sand.
Sahara Sand is the card stock base and then I added some DSP from both the Patterns DSP Brights and Neutrals Stacks. I used my Stamp-a-ma-jig to stamp the butterfly outline from Flight of the Butterfly in Sahara Sand and then to add the butterfly flowers in Regal Rose. I stamped the sentiment in Marina Mist. The little flowers were stamped in all three colors. I stamped thank you from Teeny Tiny Wishes in Regal Rose and punched it out with the 1 inch Circle punch. I added some Regal Rose punched with the 1 1/4 inch Circle punch and popped up the circles with a Stampin' dimensional. Finally, some 1/8 inch Marina Mist taffeta finishes it off.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: Flight of the Butterfly and Teeny Tiny Wishes
Papers: Whisper White, Regal Rose, Sahara Sand, Patterns DSP Brights and Neutrals Stack
Inks: Regal Rose, Marina Mist and Sahara Sand
Accessories: 1 inch and 1 1/4 inch Circle punches, Stamp-a-ma-jig, Stampin' dimensional, 1/8 inch Marina Mist taffeta ribbon

Butterfly Card for the Stamping 411 Sketch#203
This is my take on the Stamping 411 Sketch#203 here.
I started with Daffodil Delight card stock and added some Sunny Garden DSP. I used the Scallop Square Bigz die on the Peach Parfait piece, just cutting it down a bit for my needs. I added some Pear Pizzazz card stock behind the Whisper White. I stamped the sentiment from Flight of the Butterfly in Pear Pizzazz. I used the Stamp-a-ma-jig for the Daffodil Delight and Peach Parfait butterflies and popped it up with Stampin' dimensionals. The smaller, textured butterflies were cut out with the Beautiful Wings embosslits die. I added three Gold brads to the top right hand corner. Finally, some 5/8 inch Daffodil Delight satin ribbon finishes it off.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: Flight of the Butterfly
Papers: Whisper White, Daffodil Delight, Peach Parfait, Pear Pizzazz, Sunny Garden DSP
Inks: Daffodil Delight, Peach Parfait, Pear Pizzazz
Accessories: Beautiful Wings embosslits die, Scallop Square Bigz die, Gold brads, Stampin' dimensionals, 5/8 inch Daffodil Delight satin ribbon, Stamp-a-ma-jig

Stamping 411 #148 Pink Butterfly

Here's a card I made for Mother's Day and for the Stamping 411 sketch #148 here. Hopefully the lovely lady that I'm giving this card to won't be "blurfing" anytime soon.
I started by running a piece of Pretty in Pink textured card stock thru the Big Shot with the Perfect Details texturz plate. Then I added a piece of pink patterned paper from the Shades of Spring DSP. I stamped the sentiment from Flight of the Butterfly in Certainly Celery and added flowers in Celery and Pretty in Pink too. The two butterflies are made from the Beautiful Wings embosslits die. The "love" tag from Tiny Tags was stamped in Pretty in Pink then punched out with the coordinating Medium Jewelry tag punch. Finally, a piece of Whisper White 5/8 inch Satin ribbon finishes it off!
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: Flight of the Butterfly and Tiny Tags
Papers: Whisper white, Pretty in Pink, Certainly Celery and Shades of Spring DSP
Inks: Certainly Celery and Pretty in Pink
Accessories: Medium Jewelry tag punch, Perfect details texturz plate, Beautiful Wings embosslit die, 5/8 inch Whisper white satin ribbon, Stampin dimensionals

Stamping 411 #147 Rose Butterflies
Here's a spring-y card I made for the Stamping 411 sketch #147 here.I used the stamp set Flight of the Butterfly with Rose Red and So Saffron inks. The patterned papers are from the Sweet Pea DSP stack. I stamped the sentiment in Rose Red and the little flowers in So Saffron. The butterfly was first stamped in So Saffron and then I used the Stamp-a-ma-jig to add the polka-dots in Rose Red. I ran a strip of Rose Red card stock thru the Scallop edge punch and added some dots with a white gel pen. A piece of 1/4 inch Whisper White grosgrain ribbon finishes it off.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: Flight of the Butterfly
Papers: Whisper white, Rose Red, So Saffron and Sweet Pea DSP stack
Inks: Rose Red and So Saffron
Accessories: Scallop edge punch, white gel pen, Stamp-a-ma-jig, 1/4 inch Whisper White grosgrain, corner rounder punch

Flight of the Butterfly

I used the Flight of the Butterfly stamp set with the Cottage Wall Designer Papers on this thank you card. I think this stamp set compliments these papers really well. I used the "stamping off" technique on both the butterfly and the little flowers. All you do is ink up your stamp, stamp it once on some scrap paper, then stamp the image again as normal. It gives your projects a little depth, yet the colors still coordinate.
Here's my recipe:
Stamps: Flight of the Butterfly, Thank You Kindly
Papers: Whisper white, Orchid opulence, old olive, Cottage Wall designer papers
Inks: Orchid opulence, old olive
Accessories: Scallop edge punch, Small oval punch, large oval punch, Boho Blossoms punch, hole punch, old olive 1/4 in grosgrain ribbon, Stampin' dimensionals
Labels:
Cottage Wall dsp,
Flight of the Butterfly,
thank you
