Happy Birthday

Here's a birthday card for two challenges.

First, it's for Seize the Birthday#291 here. The topping is stripes.

Then the colors are for the Color Hues#95 here. The colors to use are blue and pink so I went with Misty Moonlight, Pool Party and Petal Pink, all colors in the Country Woods DSP.
