This Halloween card is for the sketch at Sunday Stamps#268 here.
And then the colors are for the Splitcoast Color Combination#866 here The colors to use are Granny Apple Green, Gorgeous Grape and Pumpkin Pie.
Banner Year and Sparkle of the Season are the stamp sets with some Pattern Party DSP.
I added the speckles to the white piece with my Stampin Write Markers by flicking the tips off the caps.
