Birthday Card for a TGIF Challenge

This birthday card is for the TGIF Challenge#349 here. It's a Theme challenge to add "closure" to your card. 

I went with a belly band created with the Tailor Made Tags dies. I was inspired by this card by Dawn Olchefske here just changed it up with some new products.

Peaceful Moments and Sweet Strawberry are the stamp sets with some Flowering Fields DSP.
